School Choice
The NJCC reinforces the fundamental rights of parents by supporting government initiatives to fund the education of children in schools of their parents’ choice, including such models as corporate education tax savings account, scholarship initiatives, and vouchers.
A-2810, the Assembly version, was released from the Assembly Education Committee on February 3, 2011 and referred to the Assembly Budget Commitee. A new Alert has been issued. S-1872 was released from the Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee on January 20, 2011 and sent to the Senate floor.
