And Prayer

Please join a gathering of committed individuals from many different faith traditions united in prayer for the poor and vulnerable residents of New Jersey.

Among those leading us in prayer for a just budget for the State of New Jersey:

If you are unable to participate in person, please join us in prayer beginning at noon on June 13^th wherever you are. And let Governor Codey know you are part of this effort to pray that lawmakers find a way to make our state budget a moral document that is not balanced on the backs of the poor and protects our most vulnerable residents.

Provide adequate funding for Family Care and Charity Care

Provide $50 million for rental assistance vouchers

Provide a 3.3% increase this year and annual indexing toward the cost of providing care
